Since ghee is a consumable product, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened. However, we do offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
- Damaged Product: If the ghee jar or packaging is damaged during shipping, please contact us with a photo of the damage within 3 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
- Wrong Product Delivered: If you received a product different from what you ordered, please notify us within 3 days, and we will replace it or issue a refund.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement

- Provide Proof: Share your order details and a photo of the issue (damaged packaging or wrong product).

Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and issued to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for opened or used ghee unless there is a clear issue with the product itself (e.g., wrong product delivered).
Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once the order is dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
